Symptom: The following error message found:
The appliance is in an operational state. No client SSL certificate was detected, please use the login form below.
Problem: The administrator does not present the certificate to access the system
Solution:
- If the Administrator certificate is stored in a PKI Token, insert the token into the client computer.
- Close the existing web browser that is accessing the Webconf.
- Open the web browser again to access the Webconf.
- Select the certificate and insert Token User PIN if you are using a PKI Token.
