Issues:
1) Security Image did not shown during user login.
2) QR Code did not shown during provisioning
Cause:
The logs are taking up a space of the disk and this will cause issues to all the services running if the size is small. Besides, for all the activities of adding the users/ authenticating process, this will taken up some spaces to the database as well.
Resolution:
Since, the current disk space is 15GB, we would suggest if you can increase the storage size of the disk to avoid the same issue from happening again in the future.
