Problem: The USB pin pad is not properly configured and connected to the local host machine.
Solution:
1. Run the cat.jar.[Windows] just double click
[linux] java -jar cat.jar2. Setup the connection of the REINER SCT cyberjackA. Click on File > settings
B. Select PIN Pad and update the followingi. REINER SCT cyberjack
ii. Port >> USB PortC. Click OK.
