Symptom: Failed authentication with OTPWS log or OTP Jboss server log error like OTPR_CODE_DB_**
Problem: This error message usually occurs when the OTPWS API lost its connection to OTP database.
The database service could have been restarted or stop and started.
The similar error code will occur of the OTPJBOSS service is not stopped/started after the Database service is up and running.
Solution: Ensure that the DB service is running properly. If needed, stop and start the DB service.
Stop the OTPJboss service and wait for at least half a minute.
Start the OTPJboss service.
Try to send authentication request to OTP server.
