The added certificate status info will preserve the status of certificate into digital signature to ensure it will still valid even if the digital certificate has been revoke in the future, timestamp is to record the date and time when the signature is sign to provide additional detail and support the validity of the digital certificate during the signature was signed.

In most countries, it is legal requirement to keep specific records or specific documents for certain amount of years for possible future references. ADSS solution offer ADSS archive server to archive signed documents and files for long period of time (up to 100 years!) with additional signing for check-in and check-out to prevent any kind of amendment with full log details.

Approval workflow is the highlight of ADSS, it is known as Adocs. Adocs is a cloud-based document for workflow approval allow documents to be uploaded into secure cloud where signer can view it anywhere in the world and sign the documents, adocs is also capable to have workflow process by passing the documents to specific signer in sequence for multiple signing.
