Awards & Certifications
SecureMetric has been recognized and certified by various local and international bodies for our achievements. Below are some of our achievements:
MSC SCORE+
SecureMetric scored an amazing 4.5 out of 5 in the MSC companies grading scale. This has placed SecureMetric in the top 1% of over 2,800 MSC companies. The grading is done in accordance to Business Performance, Financial Capability, Management Capability, Operational Management, Marketing Capability, Talent Development and Innovation.
SMECorp InnoCert
SecureMetric was awarded AA rating in the SMECorp SIRIM Innovation 2011 audit. We were given the rating under the “Best Innovation Award in ICT & Electrical and Electronics” category.
MyCC – Common Criteria
The Common Criteria for Information Technology Security Evaluation (abbreviated as Common Criteria or CC) is an international standard (ISO/IEC 15408) for computer security certification. SecureToken ST3 and SecureCOS PKI are awarded Common Criteria Certificate with Assurance Level EAL 1 on 21 March 2011.
Cyber Security Malaysia Award
The Cyber Security Malaysia Awards, Conference & Exhibition (CSM-ACE) 2010 is an international conference organized by CyberSecurity Malaysia with the support from the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation, Malaysia (MOSTI). SecureMetric's SecureToken was listed in the “Top 10 Security Products” during the conference.
Ministry of Finance: Green Lane Policy for Innovative MSC Companies
The Green Lane Policy is a package of incentives offered by the Government of Malaysia that intended to benefit innovative local Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Malaysia. The aim of the policy is to help competitive and innovative local SMEs by providing ease of doing business with the Government or Ministry of Finance Incorporated Companies.
SecureMetric is among the few companies selected for this program.
CE FCC Certification for SecureToken and SecureDongle
SecureMetric's SecureToken and SecureDongle are both CE and FCC certified. Both these certification shows our commitment to producing excellent quality product that complies to the standard in the USA and Europe.
We strive to make sure that our products is certified with international standards so that our customers can use our products with ease of mind. SecureMetric maintains copies of the current CE and/or FCC-declaration documents, which kept available upon request by the related parties and authority. These documents can be obtained upon request by emailing to sales@securemetric.com.
GEIE Global Emerging Innovation Enterpreneurs Award
On 4th November 2009, SecureMetric's CEO, Edward Law was awarded the Global Emerging Innovative Entrepreneur award for his leadership quality in SecureMetric. Edward has led SecureMetric to unprecedented heights with his leadership style and business management acumen.
However, the success of SecureMetric is attributed to the excellent team work here in SecureMetric. The combination of Edward's leadership and team work of everyone in the SecureMetric group has made us the preferred choice when it comes to Digital Security.

SC Magazine 3 Star for SecureDongle X
SecureMetric's best selling dongle, SecureDongle X was awarded a 3 STAR rating in SC Magazine's product review section. The producer for this review column was excited to be working with our product and to quote him below;
We found the (free) software development kit (SDK) for this product to be quite easy to install. The installation took just a few minutes and was guided by an easy-to-follow setup wizard.

FIPS 140-2
SecureMetric is the preferred distributor of AEP Networks' FIPS 140-2 Level Hardware Security Module (HSM) in the South East Asia region. Due to our commitment to only deliver the highest security level products, we have decided that we would only distribute products that are certified to be highly secure. We found this in AEP Networks's HSM which is the world first truly FIP140-2 Level 4 certified.
The partnership with AEP Networks has enabled us to deliver highly secure cryptography products such as HSM and VPN.
EAL 4+
In addition to all the other certification that SecureMetric's products have obtained, we are proud to have our SecureToken's chip to be EAL 4+ compliant. Our PKI tokens, otherwise known as SecureToken is our best selling tokens in the South East Asia region.
2 out of 2 CAs in Malaysia and 5 out of 5 CAs in Vietnam uses our SecureTokens. One of the reason SecureMetric's PKI tokens were chosen was the EAL 4+ compliance. With this, our customers can be rest assured that our products is highly secure for their PKI application.
Microsoft Silver Partner in Server Platform
SecureMetric's effort in delivering innovative and easy to use platform for Microsoft users has paid off with the award from Microsoft. We were awarded the Microsoft Silver Server Platform in 2011. Our team of engineers has made the use of PKI as well as Copyright and Software Protection solution easy to use in most Microsoft systems.
Our work has made PKI more acceptable in the South East Asia region which is in line with the One ASEAN Network policy set by the member countries
OATH Contributing Member
The OATH initiative is aimed at providing consumers all over the world with the feeling of security when they enter their personal information on the Internet. SecureMetric is a contributing member of the OATH initiative.
As a contributing member, SecureMetric is in a position to influence the 2FA community with its innovative products, both hardware and software wise. Companies who are part of the OATH initiative are market leaders in this field and SecureMetric is proud to be a member.
By incorporating standard open authentication technologies into our products, we will be leading the charge toward making strong authentication the ubiquitous solution to today’s security challenges. Manufacturers who integrate this standard technology in their products will produce goods that, because of their ability to interoperate with technologies from other manufacturers, will be a favoured choice with customers.
